The company.
Inspire Synergy Ltd is a private holding company incorporated in Hong Kong on 17 July 2008. It is the legal and operational vehicle for the software ventures and research practices founded and run by Benjamin Wong.
What it is
A holding company. Inspire Synergy owns or houses the ventures it operates. Some ventures live entirely inside the company; some have their own balance sheets and brands; some will spin out as they mature.
A research entity. Inspire Synergy holds the counterparty agreement under which we conduct quantitative research for an institutional asset manager.
A builder’s vehicle. Eighteen years of shipped products, paid contracts, employees, and quiet pivots. Not a new entity; not a fresh start.
What it is not
Not an investment fund. We do not deploy outside capital. We are not looking for LPs.
Not an agency. We do not take service contracts to build software for other companies, and we do not solicit clients.
Not a hiring brand. We are not currently hiring and we do not run a submission form.
Not loud. We will not be on Twitter, LinkedIn newsletters, or any founder-broadcasting circuit. The notebook on this site is the only public channel.
Who runs it
Benjamin Wong is the founder and operator. He works on Inspire Synergy from Hong Kong, occasionally with a small number of long-time collaborators.
